稻庭烏冬

前陣子實在太埋首工作，沒有機會和朋友好好聚頭。最近終於從山洞走出來，相約友人G吃個晚飯，談天說地。

約在尖沙咀，本來沒有什麼特別想吃的，估不到友人提議到我很久以前已經想一試的稻庭烏冬餐廳，真開心！

本來對烏冬並沒有特別喜歡，但由於弟弟有一陣子情迷鳥冬，所以很想看看有沒有好吃的可以介紹給他。的確沒有讓人失望！

我們只點了豆孔乳pot燜和冷的稻庭烏冬。先吃烏冬，入口非常有彈性，我比較喜歡duck dressing，因為山芋dressing太似鼻涕，有點兒難受! 豆乳pot材料十分豐富，牛肉特別好吃！湯是清清的，卻帶有很重的豆乳味，吃完也不會有太濟的感賞覺。

最開心的是可以和友人暢談一番，感激他耐心的聽著。當然也少不了把美味的烏冬帶回家讓弟弟一嘗！

Present from Quebec

Joyce and Fat came back from a 2 week dangerous trip to States and Canada. Joyce even told me that they both got a cold because the weather in Quebec is really cold. Thanks God that they came back safe and sound.

Wanna thank Joyce for giving me this cute t-shirt, i like the simply design and am gonna be wearing while exercising (i seldom got chance to wear t-shirt now!!)

Joyce and John's wedding

Attended Joyce and John's wedding on 19th Jan. From being the sister, singer in the ceremony as well as the MC at the wedding banquet, it was quite an exhausting day. Yet a very joyful one.

To be very honest, this is one of the most fun wedding i've been to. There are too many weddings that were covered with being busy and keeping the schedule. Yet i think joyce and john really doesnt care too much on anything, they just let people have fun in the celebration.

Happily ever after joey!!

MY dearest dearest Joey is getting marry in Nov, I just cannot be happier!!

Joey is like my big big brother while we were in London, he is also my theatre going buddy. As he worked in entertainment company (biggest one in Korea now, CJ), we went for musicals almost every thursday! He also taugh me a lot on cooking korean dishes, performing arts and bla bla bla!! Yea, we even went to Spain and Italy for 2 weeks, visiting loads of museums and watching shows together.

Anyway, he's really my best buddy and i am just super happy to see him finding his girl!!

Dinner with Katy @ Isola

Had a great great belated birthday dinner with Katy.

Congrads on her promotion!!
We choose an italian restaurant in IFC - Isola, with great view and the food was real good, out of my expectation! The black Cod was surprisingly good. The baby spinach salad was very special, light and tasty too!!

Too dark inside the restaurant, so didn't really take any pictures of the food.

an old friend

Accidentally met an old friend today.

Haven't seen him for quite a number of years, really glad to be catching up with him. In terms of career, i guess he is doing what i wanna do in the future, but i am not so sure after listening to his story.

I am really afraid of having a busy yet meaningless job. In terms of career, it might be good. But i simply do not want to become a person that would say "i'm busy to death...." every other day.

Haha, anyway...it's really good to be meeting old friends, they brought me back the old sweet memories, this time, on the peak!
