Matcha Macarons Making day

As i said in the last post, i was trying to make some matcha macarons according to the recipe provided by:

Sort of not really successful. The taste is great, just that the shape is not so right.

Haha, so i've seriously searched through to find some other recipes........
I will do this again tomorrow, determined to make the great taske + great looking matcha macarons!!

a cup of coffee a day

I am not a coffee person, i had them mostly because of the nice atmosphere at the cafe.

I started having a cup of coffee in the morning a while ago. I realized it was more of a psychological thing. (it was also partly because i purchased some delicious coffee cream at sogo).

A piece of Cake

After i'm done with church today, i went home myself while family were drinking tea @ PP. : (
Luckily they brought back some real delicious cake and i can't resist to try the the chocolate mouse one. This is like, heaven!!

Memories of Krispy Kreme

To be completely honest, i am never a dessert person,but some of my friends around me are having sweet tooth and i just cannot help joining them! : P

Qoo got some new friends!!

Haha, dear friends! Qoo have been meeting some new friends recently!

They are all cute and funny! And i am sure Qoo treasure his friends a lot!

This is my favourite among all of them, his voice is similar to qoo!

heidi's breakfast

In love with cereals recently.

I had been having all sorts of cakes, breads as breakfast, my favourite being cheese and egg sandwiches of our cateen.

Yet, i fall in love with another kind of breakfast i used to consider quite troublesome. I usually take my breakfast at the office and you know, drinking milk stuff is rather inconvenient for me.

Haha, until i brought a box of cereal from japan. It contains all sorts of wheat, nuts, dried fruits (i love pumkin seed) and is simply incredibly delicious!

haha, and i used to feel unhealthily full in my stomach after meals, but not anymore!!

pink champagne truffles

Sylvia brought us a box of famous pink champagne truffles made in UK....

The pink coating is kind of too sweet......................
yet the truffle insides is truely unbeatable. Soft, creamy and with great balance of taste of champagne and chocolate.

Haha, dear alan and elaine treated me lunch today @ Mood, one of the nice outdoor/indoor restaurants at Tung chung.

i had grilled chicken salad and i simply love the honey mustard dressing!
